your journey?
Online coaching is an opportunity to cultivate a physical practice that empowers you to reconnect with and truly enjoy living in your body. This personalised approach is all about you—your needs, your goals, and your growth.
Rather than following a rigid, one-size-fits-all program, we will start by establishing your baseline—your unique starting point, wherever that may be. From there, we’ll work together to unlock physical capabilities you once thought were impossible. My aim is to help you recognise your body as your greatest ally.​
What to expect
​A minimum commitment of three months, which is broken down into two six week phases, where time is spent working on your chosen areas of focus;
- Strength training
- Hand-balancing
- Locomotion
- Mobility and Flexibility
- Body composition and the role of nutrition
- Skill acquisition - learn to achieve your first push up or pull up, become proficient in lifts like the squat, kettlebell swing or deadlift, Work towards more advanced movements like the handstand push up or one arm chin up.

If you're unsure of your goals but simply want to move better, we'll start with foundational work and let your goals develop naturally. our approach helps uncover both strengths and weaknesses, pushing you beyond your comfort zone while discovering more about yourself along the way.

Before we begin, we’ll schedule a complimentary 30-minute introductory call. This is an opportunity for us to connect and discuss life, and determine if we’re the right fit to work together.
