We go beyond food and workouts. We dig into root causes - stress, sleep, hormones, habits and history, creating a plan that works for you and your life.

My work integrates men’s health, science, physical and mental strength, body awareness, circadian rhythm alignment, grounding practices, seasonal nutrition, and deep care. It’s a space where men know their health is heard, respected, and prioritised.
