
1-2-1 In Person Movement Training

Based in Central Bedfordshire, I provide personalised 1-to-1 outdoor training in a unique, distraction-free setting. No crowded gym, just fresh air, natural light, and time dedicated entirely to you. It’s similar to my online coaching, but with a hands-on approach and real-time feedback in a safe environment. Whether your goal is to master a handstand, perfect your barbell squat, learn new gymnastic strength patterns, train and rehab around an existing injury, become more mobile and fluid, or simply enjoy a focused, refreshing workout, every session is tailored to your needs.
This isn’t just personal training, it’s far more than that. Together, we explore the what, why, and how of your movement practice, creating something that enriches your life rather than feeling like a chore.
